NMSU Baseball wins series over Chicago State

New Mexico State University made their way to the Midwest for their series against the Chicago State Cougars. The Aggies and the Cougars each split each of the last two games. NSMU dropped their games yesterday against the Cougars after they failed to come back eventually losing 7-3.

Today however, the Aggies were unstoppable. Aggie pitcher Chance Hroch pitch a full game shut out in the 12-0 rout. The Aggies scored early and often in this match up. Scoring seven runs in the first two innings of play.

The Aggies would not look back scoring an additional five runs in seven innings. The Aggies have now improved to a 20-7 record and will be back home to take on Grand Canyon University on Friday April 5th .
