EPPD: Homeless teenager arrested in connection to killing of Northeast El Paso man

Investigators with the Crimes Against Persons Unit arrested a teenager in connection to the murder of a man in Northeast El Paso.

Police charged 17-year-old Neko Rutledge, who has no permanent address in El Paso, with murder for the killing of 57-year-old Robert Noble.

Police arrested Rutledge on the 12300 block of Tierra Arena in Far East El Paso shortly after 10 P.M. on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.

Noble was found murdered at his home on the 5700 Block of Raymond Telles Drive in Northeast El Paso on April 9, 2019.

Rutledge was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on a $1-million bond.
