El Paso police are looking for a 53-year-old woman with severe mental disabilities who walked away from a group home and is missing.

Authorities issued an endangered person alert for Edna Rojo on Wednesday afternoon.

“There was no foul play or any other suspicious circumstances involved but she is in danger due to her mental impairments which render her unable to care for herself,” said EPPD Sgt. Enrique Carrillo.

Rojo left the State Supported Living Center at 6700 Delta “on her own volition and her whereabouts are unknown,” Carrillo said.

She’s described by police as 5’4″, 160 lbs., with brown eyes and a shaved head, and was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with a Dallas Cowboys star, beige cargo pants and brown boots.

If located, police ask that you please call 911 right away.
