How about ‘Welcome to the Borderland,’ Veruca Salt and Mike Teevee?

Stars of the original film visited Alamo Drafthouse Saturday afternoon, meeting fans of the 1971 classic.

“My character was… a brat,” said Julie Dawn Cole, who played Veruca Salt. “She was the original, ‘I want it now’ girl. She wanted it, she got it, but of course, I blame her parents.”

Guests received a special edition Wonka poster signed by both actors.
