EL PASO, Texas - To start off the new year, one family welcomes the birth of their baby girl only 10 SECONDS after midnight! Talk about timing!

The William Beaumont Medical Center congratulates Sgt. 1st Class Ulanda Etsitty-Perez and her husband, Matthew Perez on the birth of their daughter, Morgan.

Morgan Perez joined the world at 12:00:10 a.m., weighing at 7 pounds and 7 ounces.

Welcome to the world, baby Morgan!
