Memorial bell tolling ceremony at City Hall for Aug. 3 victims
EL PASO, Texas -- Members of El Paso City Council participated in a special Aug. 3 memorial bell tolling ceremony Tuesday morning before the regularly scheduled council meeting.
The ceremony included a moment of silence, followed by the reading of the names of each mass shooting victim.
The council members took turns tolling the bell in remembrance of the 23 victims.
