EL PASO, Texas -- A man already in custody at the El Paso County jail was rebooked on a murder charge. Police say 35-year-old Jevare Stephawn Freeman-Handy was arrested for the murder of 35-year-old Rodolfo Fuentes.

Investigators say Fuentes was killed sometime between Nov. 15-20 at 921 N. Zaragoza. His body was found inside a vehicle in Chaparral, NM.

According to the El Paso Times, Freeman-Handy was arrested back in 2018 after he was accused of attacking people at a Whataburger in a bizarre incident aired on "Live PD."

According to the Times, Freeman-Handy was half-naked behind the grill in the restaurant when an El Paso police officer shocked him with a Taser.

The Times article says Freeman-Handy was also wanted on a parole violation in connection to an attempted murder conviction in 2011.

Freeman-Handy's bond was set at 2 million dollars.
