Brush fire breaks out behind strip mall in lower valley
EL PASO, Texas -- Firefighters responded to a brush fire behind the Zaragoza Plaza strip mall Monday evening. Black smoke could be seen rising from the back right side of the building.
According to fire dispatch, there are no injuries.
