Shopping for a new or used car over the last couple of years,  has become a more challenging endeavor, thanks to issues from the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. The changes to the market have been so impactful, that much of the car-buying advice and techniques we’d recommend, are no longer effective, as they were based on the rules of a pre-pandemic world. With this in mind, here are a few issues you need to know about the current car-buying climate, plus tips on how to best manage them.
