The night owl lifestyle could be damaging your health

Late night binge sessions and working into the wee hours of the morning could seriously be affecting your physical health.

A new study published on Monday found that night owls are prone to type-two diabetes and heart disease. Researchers found that people who stay up late are often more sedentary, less fit, and insulin resistance.

Researches want to use the study to determine if "early to bed, early to rise" is really healthier.
