Walmart case fallout: Who and where is Judge Roger Rodriguez?
EL PASO, Texas - Municipal Court Judge Roger Rodriguez is, according to records, the Judge of Vinton Village, a teacher at Park University, and has a friendship with District Attorney Yvonne Rosales.
Judge Rodriguez is the man named in a court filing Thursday alleging he served a representative of the District Attorney's Office and threatened the family of a victim in the Walmart shooting case.
Since Rodriguez was named in court documents, ABC 7 has made multiple attempts to find him.
In ABC 7's attempt to find Roger Rodriguez, we drove to Vinton Village, his listed business address in West El Paso and even tried to find him at the school where he teaches criminal justice. There was no trace of Judge Rodriguez.
