Free lunches for children in Las Cruces this summer

LAS CRUCES, New Mexico (KVIA) -- Las Cruces Public Schools is giving out free breakfast and lunch this summer.

It's available to children ages one to 18 from Monday through Friday, June 6 to July 11. The only exception is July 4.

The districts says that children must show up to the participating campuses and eat there.

The participating schools and the times they will be serving lunch are listed below.

Centennial High School, 1950 N. Sonoma Ranch Blvd. 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.; LUNCH 10:45 a.m. to noon

Las Cruces High School, 1750 El Paseo Rd. 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.; LUNCH 10:45 a.m. to noon

Organ Mountain High School, 5700 Mesa Grande Dr. 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. LUNCH 10:45 a.m. to noon

Mayfield High School, 1955 N. Valley Dr. 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. LUCH 10:45 a.m. to noon
