ABC 7 StormTracker Weather: Quiet conditions continue in the Borderland, breezy weekend ahead

Happy Friday! Another quiet weather day will be expected for the Borderland. Temperatures will top out in the 60s across the area.

Rain and snow will be expected tonight through tomorrow afternoon with little to no amounts in the Lower and Mesilla Valley, but higher amounts will be possible in the mountains.

Tomorrow for your UTEP game forecast, we will see breezy conditions at the Sun Bowl, but it will be nice for some Miner football.

Likewise, at Aggie Stadium in Las Cruces conditions will be similar, optimal conditions for Aggie football.

An upper-level low will bring breezy winds to the lowlands and stronger winds to the mountains this weekend which will usher in a cold front.
