El Paso Water Public Service Board announces public meeting to discuss key water and wastewater agreement

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- ​​​​​​​The El Paso Water Utilities Public Service Board (PSB) announced a special meeting to discuss key water and wastewater agreement. PSB's notice stated they will be open to the public at 5:30 P.M. M.T. Monday, December 4, 2023 at the Public Service Board Meeting Room located at 1154 Hawkins Blvd., El Paso, Texas 79925. The meetings are also live-streamed at www.epwater.org. 

The public may sign up to speak on agenda items or to provide public comment on items not on the agenda by using the sign-up form available at the entrance of the board room before the start of the meeting or by submitting comments to PSBcomments@epwater.org. The Public Service Board says they may reconsider an agenda item at any time prior to adjournment.

Comments by a member of the public as to any agenda item will be allowed by the Chair prior to or during the Board’s consideration of the item, but reasonable time limits may be imposed by the Chair. On the regular agenda PBS establishes they will consider and approve a Water and Wastewater Agreement with Wurldwide LLC, dba Statue LLC, for the provision of water and wastewater services and authorize the President/CEO to sign the Agreement and any related documents. All public service board agendas are also found at www.epwater.org
