EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- EL Paso Police responded to disturbance call involving a subject with a weapon at an apartment complex in Northeast El Paso.
The incident took place on Friday, Dec. 22 at around 8 a.m.
One person has been taken into custody by police.
