Woman dies after crashing into trailer in Upper Valley El Paso

UPDATE (2:32 p.m.) -- A woman has died to her injuries after Thursday's crash at Artcraft.

El Paso police said Brissa Celestte Rodriguez drove at a high rate of speed and rear-ended a trailer. Her car wedged underneath.

Police said this marks the 19th traffic death of 2026, compared to 21 at this time last year.


EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Special Traffic Investigators are at the scene of a crash involving a car and a flatbed semi in the Upper Valley.

It happened at Artcraft at Westside Dr. going West. El Paso Police Department say the call came in at 6:36 A.M.

As of 7:15 A.M. this morning all lanes are closed.
