‘Brew at the Zoo’ event featured craft beer and live music at El Paso Zoo

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The El Paso Zoo and Botanical Gardens hosted "Brew at the Zoo", an event featuring craft beer, live music, animal experiences, and after-hours access to the zoo.

The event was held at the zoo Saturday, Oct. 17, from 7 to 11 p.m where organizers encouraged attendees to wear costumes while exploring the zoo grounds during the evening.

Attendees were able to experience activities and attractions, including live bands and DJs, animal ambassadors, select habitat viewing, special animal enrichment sessions, local vendors, zoo eateries, and arcade games.

Zoo officials say the proceeds from the event support the zoo's conservation initiatives and education programs, which focus on connecting the community with wildlife and nature.
