Motorcyclist crash in Lower Valley El Paso, one person dead

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- One person is dead following a major early-morning crash involving a motorcycle and a pedestrian in El Paso's Lower Valley, according to El Paso Police Special Traffic Investigations Unit.
