Man’s body recovered in water by EPFD
UPDATE (11:16 a.m.) -- An official with the El Paso Fire Department said one man's body has been recovered, and the scene has been turned over to U.S. Border Patrol.
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The El Paso Fire Department is responding to reports of a body in the water at Paisano and Schuster.
