The Security Council met to discuss Nagorno-Karabakh on an emergency request from Armenia and France. Key speeches expected include Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Pakistani Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, Irish Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and Haitian Prime Minister Ariel Henry.
