JUAREZ, Chihuahua (KVIA) -- Officials detained a Venezuelan national accused of starting a fire inside a Juarez migrant detention center that killed 40 people and injured 28 others.

Mexican officials say the suspect was arrested Friday. The fire started March 27 inside the National Migration Institute.

Investigators identify the man only as Carlos N. The Mexican Attorney General's office issued a warrant for his arrest.

Carlos N. was arrested in a Juarez hotel and charged with starting the fire. He is the second Venezuelan arrested in this case. Daniel N. was arrested earlier this year on the same charge.
