Another Broken Egg restaurant opens in West El Paso
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- A new restaurant chain arrived in El Paso today, bringing more jobs to the Sun City.
The franchise is called Another Broken Egg. The new location is on the 5800 block of North Mesa, near Sunland Park.
This is the eleventh location to open in Texas, and the first in El Paso.
The restaurant is open for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. It features southern-inspired dishes.
"It started in 1996 in New Orleans," the general manager explains to ABC-7. "The owner opened a second restaurant a couple of years after the first one and called it 'Another Broken Egg', and just kind of started franchising and going on from there."
The restaurant's owner, Luis Romero, has previously spent time in El Paso, and says he was hungry to bring Another Broken Egg to our city.
