FBI seeks information on 3 New Mexico murders

ROSWELL, N.M. (KVIA) -- The FBI Albuquerque Division seeks information about three murders that happened in Roswell, New Mexico, between June and July.

According to an FBI poster, authorities found two men's bodies in a river channel and a third outside of Roswell. The FBI hasn't identified any suspects yet.

The FBI Albuquerque Division provided these descriptions of the victims and where their bodies were found:

Kent Hoffmann: Man born in 1969, White hair, brown eyes, 5ft 2in tall, approximately 145 pounds. His body was found in the Hondo River Channel on June 14, 2026, the FBI said.

Andrew Lujan-Huerta: Man born in 1979. Black hair, brown eyes, 5ft 8in tall, approximately 175 pounds. The FBI said his body was found in the Hondo River Channel on July 14, 2026.

Karl Affsprung: Man born in 1967. Brown hair, brown eyes, 5ft 7in tall, approximately 155 pounds. His body was found 10 miles east of Roswell on July 29, 2026, the FBI said.
