Coronado High School Band hosting 5k run fundraiser

EL PASO, Texas- With pandemic fears beginning to ease the Coronado High School Band has put together a 5k running event fundraiser in cooperation with iFLY.

This is the band's first-ever 5K fundraising event.

The race will start at the iFLY Indoor Skydiving facility at 7 a.m. Saturday.

Money raised during the event will go toward purchasing new instruments, music lesson scholarships, marching show and travel expenses.
