Montwood’s “Mean Green Machine” takes second place overall in robotics competition
EL PASO, Texas – The Montwood High School robotics team took second place overall at the UIL's Robotics State Championship in Houston Saturday.
The team, which calls itself the "Mean Green Machine," fell short of the state title.
But in addition to second place, they won one of three special awards for the most spirited team.
