Overturned semi-truck on I-10 east at Porfirio Diaz finally cleared after snarling afternoon commute

A semi-truck overturned on Interstate 10 east at Porfirio Diaz around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, forcing lane closures along the highway.

El Paso police said wreck, which snarled afternoon and evening commute traffic, was finally cleared about 6:30 p.m.
