2 seriously hurt in stabbing near Sunland Park Mall

EL PASO, Texas -- Two people were taken to the hospital after a stabbing in west El Paso late Sunday night.

It happened just before midnight on Marthmont Way, which is near Sunland Park and S. Mesa Hills drives.

The fire department said the two people were hospitalized with serious injuries.

Police have not said what led to the stabbing or if anyone was arrested.
