Scooting your way past wait times

EL PASO, Texas – Scooters have gained popularity across many cities, including El Paso. They're functional and fun. But one company is putting a new 'spin' on the concept.

With El Paso being a border city, the company "Spin" is placing scooters at ports of entry for people who cross the bridge and take them to places like UTEP or other downtown locations.

According to the company's website, "Spin is transforming cities and communities by offering accessible, affordable and sustainable forms of personal mobility."
