City of El Paso hosts Halloween Carnivals at several recreation, community centers

EL PASO, TEXAS -- The City of El Paso wants you to celebrate spooky season at any of their recreation or community centers.

The city is hosting their annual Halloween Carnival from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 13 locations. The event is free and open to the public.

You can expect carnival games, jumping balloons and more and of course, lots of candy

The city is also asking for candy donations. They can be dropped off at any neighborhood Recreation Center. Candy and chocolate must individually wrapped.
