El Paso Police set up crime scene in El Paso’s Lower Valley
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- First responders were called out to the 200 block of Smith Road Wednesday morning.
One person suffered minor injuries but was not taken to the hospital, according to a police spokesperson.
Emergency crews remain on scene.
