El Paso Children’s Hospital receives $250,000 in Donations from the Marcus family

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- The Marcus Family, an El Paso Family who are local entrepreneurs and community leaders, made a $250,000 donation to the El Paso Children's Hospital. 

Melinda and Meyer Marcus made the contribution to hospital to make sure the community's children can access specialized pediatric care for decades to come.

In honor of the donation, the Pediatric Surgical floor at El Paso Children’s Hospital will now house the Melinda and Meyer Marcus Family Foundation Waiting Room.

In the last year, El Paso Children’s Hospital saw nearly 5,100 operations and procedures as well as more than 27,000 visits to the emergency department.
