El Paso County Judge discusses transportation goals

EL PASO, Texas - EL Paso County Judge Ricardo Samaniego appeared on ABC-7 at Four to talk about the county's efforts to improve transportation infrastructure in the years to come.

The county was part of a recent meeting with the Metropolitan Planning Organization to discuss upgrades to I-10 and how the Border West Expressway will help alleviate congestion when the I-10 rehabilitation begins.
