EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Kingdom Power Chapel in El Paso is offering prayers both in-person and online during the month of July to help the community heal during a tough year. ABC-7 at Noon sat down with Bishop Paul Vincent to discuss how individuals in the community can be involved.
