Las Cruces native creates mobile health care app

LAS CRUCES, New Mexico - Las Cruces native Johonniuss Chemweno knows that on-demand apps like Uber, Grubhub, and Instacart make everything from transportation to food delivery readily available in the palm of our hands. So why not apply that same model to healthcare-especially during a global pandemic?

New Mexico-based VIP StarNetwork, a leader in the on-demand healthcare space, has launched its new mobile app, Access Health, which connects users to a network of highly qualified medical providers through a user-friendly system.

Through the app, healthcare patients can find and schedule appointments with nearby doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and even Covid-19 services, from the convenience of their own home-eliminating the burden of long wait times for medical appointments. Features include in-person visits available for all Access Health patients via the app, search for doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and Covid-19 services by location, availability, insurance, reviews, and more, scheduling appointments with just three clicks and find premium times, and confidential storage of all healthcare information.

The Access Health app is available now through Google Play and Apple's app store.
