Amber Alert: FBI looks for abducted 13-year-old Texas girl who is sex trafficking victim

HOUSTON, Texas -- The FBI is asking for help in finding a missing 13-year-old Texas girl who was last seen two weeks ago and is believed to be in grave danger, ABC affiliate KTRK reported Tuesday evening.

The FBI in Houston said it was searching for Leilana Graham, who was last seen on Sept. 20 in northeast Houston and was apparently abducted by a man identified by authorities as 22-year-old Kendrick Edward Smith.

A statewide Texas Amber Alert was issued for Graham. According to the FBI, the address Graham was last seen at was the state home where she was assigned to live.

The FBI told KTRK that Graham is a past victim of sex trafficking and they believe she is being trafficked again or is in danger of it.

Graham was last seen wearing a white and yellow striped shirt, black shoes and had a clear backpack; she has black hair, brown eyes, is about 5′3″ tall, and weighs 147 pounds.

Smith is described by authorities as a black man about 6'1" inch tall and weighing 250 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

According to the Amber Alert, the suspected abductor vehicle is a 2008 blue GMC extended cab pickup truck with paper license plates 28809T1 (TX).

If you have any information about Graham's disappearance, authorities ask that you call the FBI Houston field office at 713-693-5000, option number 2, or the Houston Police Department Missing Persons Unit at 832-394-1840.
