3 killed in fight between rival gangs in Juarez prison; 20 injured

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Chihuahua -- An afternoon riot among inmates in a Juarez jail led to the deaths of three inmates, according to authorities.

The riot happened around 1 p.m. As many as 20 inmates were injured, according to Channel 44 in Juarez.

Officials say control over the prison has been maintained and are answering questions from family members seeking information.
