Several El Pasoans gather for the return of the “Boo at the Zoo” event

EL PASO, Texas– The City of El Paso Zoo and Botanical Gardens hold their annual ‘Boo at the Zoo’ event this weekend from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. located at 4001 Paisano.

The family-friendly event celebrates Halloween with Fall entertainment and encourages guests to wear costumes and take part of their Trick-or-Treat candy stations.

During the event, the Education Center classroom is also open for guests to learn about some of their insect animal ambassadors.

Activities and candy stations are provided at no cost with paid admission.

Boo at the Zoo will offer certified sustainable palm oil candy and palm oil-free candy at each candy station to bring awareness to wildlife habitat destruction worldwide.

Parking is limited and free, additional parking will be available at the El Paso County Coliseum across the street for $5.
