Earth day event at the El Paso Zoo

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso Environmental Services and the zoo are inviting the community to take part in Earth Day celebration.

The event will host live music, animal enrichment, and family-friendly activities.

40 local vendors will be at the event, providing services, such as food, environmental organizations, and city departments.

The event will be free at the El Paso Zoo parking lot.

Community members who visit 6 informational booths are eligible to receive $2 off the regular parking zoo admission.

Additional free public parking will be available at the El Paso County Coliseum located at the 4100 E. Paisano Dr.

The event starts at 10 a.m. and runs till 2 p.m., Saturday, April 22nd.
