El Paso Police identify driver killed in West El Paso motorcycle crash
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) - EPPD has identified 25- year-old James Rubalcaba as the victim in a deadly crash on April 20th.
The collision happened at the 800 block of N. Resler Dr, and occurred at 3:39 a.m.
Special Traffic Investigators were called out to the scene.
In news release sent out by the police department, Rubalcaba was driving southbound on a motorcycle when he hit a guardrail. Rubalcaba was then thrown off his vehicle.
When first responders arrived, he was immediately taken to University Medical Center, but died as result of his injuries, according to EPPD.
This is the 20th traffic fatality this year, compared to 23 at the same time last year.
