EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- According to court documents newly obtained by ABC-7, Raul, Jose, and Cristian Orozco started following their alleged victim's car because they believed he'd hit and destroyed their mailbox last month.

The fight between the victim, Marcos Fino Jr., and the Orozcos happened June 6 along Doniphan Drive in the Upper Valley. Police say the Raul Orozco started following Fino's car when he saw Fino drive past his house. He allegedly called his sons to help track Fino to take down his license plate number. Police say Raul's truck hit the back of Fino's car after he hung up the phone.

When Raul's sons arrived Fino got out of his car. Fino and a passenger in his car started to argue then fight with the sons. Police say Jose shot Fino during the fight.

The Orozcos allegedly drove back to their home afterward, where they called police and reported the fight. Fino died at the hospital. Raul, Jose, and Cristian Orozco are all charged with murder. They remain in jail.

Investigators report that Fino's 10-year-old son was in the back seat during the shooting.
