El Paso’s Daniela Ocaranza headed to Class 5A state tennis tournament
EL PASO, Texas - El Paso High School's Daniela Ocaranza is on a mission to bring home a state title in tennis.
The high school junior qualified for the Class 5A state tournament.
It's the first time she's ever qualified for state.
Ocaranza will take the court Tuesday in the quarterfinals.
If she wins her match, she'll then advance to the semi-finals with a chance to then punch her ticket to the championship match.
