ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico - The season came to a heartbreaking end for the Las Cruces Bulldawgs Friday night in Albuquerque.
The Bulldawgs lost to the La Cueva Bears, 63-33 in the Class 6A state semi-final game.
La Cueva advances to the championship game.
Las Cruces' season ends with an overall record of 7-6.
