Notre Dame heading to El Paso to take on Oregon State in the 2023 Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl

UPDATE - The Notre Dame Fighting Irish have been announced as Oregon State's opponent in the 90th edition of the Sun Bowl.

The last time the Irish came to the Sun City was for the Sun Bowl in 2010, against the Miami Hurricanes.

EL PASO, Texas - The Oregon State Beavers are heading to El Paso, but fans are still waiting on who their opponent will be.

Sunday afternoon, the Sun Bowl Association announced that the 2023 Sun Bowl include Oregon State, but informed the audience of delays with the Atlantic Coast Conference.

Oregon State will be the representative out of the Pac-12 Conference.

The Sun Bowl game is scheduled for Friday, December 29 with kickoff set for noon.

This game will mark the 90th edition of the Sun Bowl which is one of the oldest bowl games in college football.
