COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - The Mountain West announced that the UTEP-Boise State game is moving to Friday, Sept. 10 and will be televised on FS1 with kickoff slated for 7:30 p.m. MT at Albertsons Stadium.

The contest was originally scheduled for a Sept. 11 date.

“We’re excited to play Boise State under the Friday night lights on national television on FS1,” UTEP Head Coach Dana Dimel said. “It’s been about 18 years since UTEP has played up there in Boise and we’re looking forward to the challenge playing a top-tier program.”

The Miners last faced the Broncos on Sept. 18, 2004, while the two programs last met on the blue turf on Nov. 15, 2003.

UTEP first took on Boise State on Dec. 28, 2000 in the Humanitarian Bowl.
