UVALDE, Texas -- Texas Governor Greg Abbott will hold a news conference to update the state's response to Tuesday's Robb Elementary School shooting at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Among some of the members joining Gov. Abbott at the news conference:

  • Speaker Dade Phelan
  • Senator Ted Cruz
