Gas main leak closed busy central El Paso intersection for several hours
EL PASO, Texas -- A gas main break in the area of Chelsea Street and Montana Avenue has closed the intersection to traffic for several hours Tuesday, police and fire officials.
El Paso fire and police were on the scene from about 10:30 to 2:15 p.m.
Texas Gas Co. crews remain on the scene, finishing up the work.
There were no injuries or evacuations.
