Stalled semi forces closure of Transmountain west at U.S. 54
EL PASO, Texas – A stalled semi-truck on Tuesday evening forced the closure of westbound Transmountain at U.S. 54, fire dispatchers said.
The closure was needed to get a large wrecker up the mountain to move the semi.
