Motorcyclist seriously injured in central El Paso crash

UPDATE (05/24): El Paso police say motorcyclist Gabriel Ortiz, 45, was seriously injured when he struck a truck driven by Enrique Hernandez Carrillo, 57 on Monday.

Police say both men had a part in causing the accident. Investigators attribute driving at a high rate of speed in the part of Ortiz, and failure to yield the right of way in Hernandez's case as factors in the crash.
