El Paso, Texas-- A slight chance for light showers and thunderstorms are expected mainly west of Las Cruces overnight.

Drier air will move in Wednesday afternoon with afternoon highs reaching the upper 80s.

Wednesday will begin the trend of above average temperatures for the rest of the week into the weekend.

Lower 90s are expected by Saturday with gusts of up to 30 mph expected Saturday afternoon.
