ABC-7 StormTRACK Weather: Hot and dry day, low rain chances next week

Good morning everyone! Long time no see, to all my morning viewers! First off, while we don't quite see a bunch of the beautiful fall colors here in the desert (except for the occasional tree or if you head up to the mts), AND our temps don't really drop alllll that much, fall is almost here- 5 days away! Are we going to get a little bit of pre-fall today? Tomorrow? Unfortunately not.

Today will likely be the hottest day of the week, which temperatures in the mid 90s. Tomorrow, mid to low 90s is expected, but temperatures will cool a degree or two each day for the week ahead. Make sure you hydrate out there...that is the key to keeping you safe!

On the rain side of things, chances aren't looking great at all. We won't see rain today, and tomorrow, we may see a few storms, but mostly out west. On Monday, we will see up to 20% chances of rain, so not that promising, however, due to the weather set up, we could see a couple severe storms out there! However, those best rain chances are out for the west. Stay safe and cool everyone!
